FAQs

Q: What are your office hours?

A: Alman & Alman, LLC is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. by appointment. We accommodate meeting times outside of our normal business hours by appointment.

Q: How quickly can I expect a response?

A: Our attorneys make every effort to respond to client inquiries promptly. During the work week, you can expect a response within 24 hours. Response times will be slightly longer if an inquiry comes in during a holiday or over the weekend.

The more detail you can provide in your email or phone call, the quicker our attorneys can respond with meaningful information.

Q: What do you charge for your services and do you offer multiple payment arrangements?

A: Our cases and matters are as unique and diverse as our clients. We make every effort to tailor our fee structure in the most efficient and economical way possible. Our number one priority is to provide our clients with the most value possible.

Depending on the legal matter, the fee structure may be an hourly rate, flat fee or contingency fee.

Hourly Rates are the most common arrangement. When this applies, our attorneys get paid an agreed-upon hourly rate for the time worked on a client’s case.

Flat Fees are appropriate where the legal matter is simple and well-defined. Examples of flat fee matters may include the drafting of a will and related estate planning documents.

Contingency Fee means that our attorneys take no fee up-front, but receive a percentage of the settlement or judgment.

Retainer Fee is a payment in advance for services which are to be provided.  Retainer fees are deposited in our attorney trust account.  The fees are deducted from the account as we perform the work.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: We accept cash, checks and all major credit cards.
